                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM DALLA M. SPARKS,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 206, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND THREE
                   HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($2,325.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Dalla M. Sparks, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 
206,
       for a total consideration of $2,325.00.
